SENIC Strategy 2025-2030 (the Strategy) aims to put entrepreneurs’ innovation and sustainable entrepreneurship at the forefront, recognising the growing roles for social entrepreneurship, public entrepreneurship, academic entrepreneurship, and institutional entrepreneurship for sustainable economic development and the needs of entrepreneurs to respond to such a role and thrive in response to the complex and intersecting challenges of today.

The strategy embraces and promotes sustainable entrepreneurship as a value paradigm and the practice of starting, managing, and growing businesses that prioritise and integrate societal impact and economic growth, achieving the triple bottom line.

The strategy incorporates a framework for optimising organisational design through evidence-based analysis of seven core elements: strategy, structure, systems, shared values, skills, style, and staff, which allows SENIC to function more effectively by aligning each of these elements to achieve SENIC’s vision and mission.
