SENIC Annual Report 2025 (Website Version)
Executive Summary
In 2025, SENIC (Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center) strengthened its position as a Brussels-based, EU-wide consultancy bridging academic rigor with real-world execution. We supported organisations to embed sustainability into core operations, translate impact goals into measurable results, and build long-term capability through consulting, research, project development, and training.
2025 was also a year of scaling: we expanded our core team, increased delivery capacity, and continued building the foundations for recurring impact through digital tools.
Progress Against SENIC Strategy 2025–2030
2025 marked the first year of delivery against SENIC’s 2025–2030 strategy: putting sustainable entrepreneurship at the forefront and helping entrepreneurs and organisations integrate societal impact with economic growth (the triple bottom line). In practice, this meant expanding SENIC’s capacity (core team growth from 2 to 6 FTE), delivering evidence-based consulting and research-driven support (200+ consultancy days), and scaling knowledge transfer through 10 training programmes reaching 600+ participants. We also strengthened our EU collaboration capability through an approved Erasmus+ project (European Commission validation), while investing in technology—StrategizePlus and ImpactLab—to build a more scalable, efficient platform for made-to-measure support.
The delivery model of SENIC revolves around two verticals: Social Impact Consulting and Business Consulting, underpinned by three horizontal pillars: Research, Education, and Project Management.
